None of that is where I started. I failed at five businesses first. One of them was a wedding dress shop in the back bedroom of my house, from dresses I imported off Alibaba and ended up selling on Gumtree. Every time one failed I went looking outside myself for the fix. Another strategy. Another qualification. Another course. And for years I genuinely believed something was wrong with me.

Then I worked out what was actually happening. I wasn't sabotaging my success because I was lazy or not good enough. My subconscious mind believed that success, expansion and wealth were dangerous, based on stories it had learned when I was a child. Once I understood that, I went from £138 a week in maternity benefits to a millionaire at 34, and then to a multi-million pound business.

I teach it with the neuroscience and the spirituality in the same room, because that's how it actually works.
